The Barbara Sinatra Children's Center has counseled more than 600 physically, sexually and/or emotionally abused children during the past calendar year. This number incudes siblings of children who were the "primary" victim. Often, several chidren in one family are victims of unspeakable abuse. Abuse, particularly sexual abuse, is not a subject people like to talk about. It must not, however, be ignored or swept under th rug. More than 96% of children who come to our nonprofit Center for help are from families below the poverty line. When Frank and I opened the Chilren's Center in 1986 we pledged no child who needs help will ever be turned away. Keeping our doors open is an ongoing struggle. It is a privelage to wecome you to sinatracenter.org. I hope you will visit often. Your participation could save a child.

There are many ways to help support the nonprofit Barbara Sinatra Children's Center for abused children.One way is by making a donation in honor of a friend or family member in recognition of special occasions, wishing a speedy recovery or by giving a gift in memory of a loved one or friend.

Tribute Gifts contribute to the Sinatra Center's vital services, including counseling for an abused child, purchasing equipment, assisting with individual and group therapy and other important programs.

Both you and the person you designate will receive a personal acknowledgment from Barbara Sinatra and the loving thanks of the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center. As you may know, the Sinatra Center welcomes all children in need regardless of a family's ability to pay for services. Due to processing costs we encourage you to meet a suggested $25 minimum donation per Tribute.
